Water has no conductivity without mineral content. It will not freeze nor conduct electricity in a distilled form. It is naturally passive, and receptive in its physical, mental and emotional body to everything in the manifest universe. It contains within it the impression of everything in the manifest universe, as everything came from WATER. The vibration of water can be altered by adding a physical component to it or by a thought. As the human body is 75% water so the mind can alter the vibration of the body through its natural receptivity.
All fluidic creations imbue a result in accessing this knowledge. It is after all, LIFE driven. A stream we are all connected to. The attunement of the life driven stream.
The illusion of separation defies divine intent, the mist offers contusion which advocates the path of least resistance. The Flow of our ideals into one ocean. We need not be reminded of the dam inhumanity has installed against its 'GREAT' collective dreaming. Open the Floodgates !!!!!!
